International (USA, NZ, CAN, EU, UK) - 7-10 working days. On some occasions, customs will hold packages for extra time.

The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase
The item(s) MUST be in original condition with all tags remaining in place
The item(s) MUST NOT have been worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way
No item(s) which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return
The item (s) must not hold any smells to the likes of cigarette smoke or alcohol.
Please note that SPIRIT BIRD COLLECTIVE PTY LTD is not responsible for the cost of return / exchange item postage or insurance.

SPIRIT BIRD COLLECTIVE PTY LTD cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
Once the items have been received, we will either exchange your item or process your full refund (excluding original shipping cost), directly to the credit card or paypal account used for purchase.
If you wish to make an exchange and the stock is not available a refund will be offered as an alternative.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the item(s) have been received by SPIRIT BIRD COLLECTIVE PTY LTD, however please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the item(s) for your account to be credited.
SPIRIT BIRD COLLECTIVE PTY LTD will not accept a return or exchange on SALE items or purchases made using a discount voucher / code.
